Hot Cross Bun

Hot Cross Bun is a seasonal signature at Pioik, the Moreish glossy buns are loaded with dried fruits and candied peel which have been rehydrated and soaked overnight in earl grey tea spiced with Baharat, an exotic blend of Lebanese 7 spice (paprika, pepper, cummin, cassia, cloves, coriander, cardamom, and nutmeg).

The preservative-free buns are made with non-homogenised jersey milk, free range eggs, Australian flour and piped with home-made custard.
